MAIN COURSE

AI's fossil fuel crisis begins🧠 🔄

On Saturday, Ilya Sutskever warned we're hitting “peak data” in AI training. The former OpenAI chief scientist says we need new ways to develop AI systems.

What's the problem?

We're running out of quality training data. Sutskever compares it to “fossil fuels” for AI. He says, “We have but one internet.”

What needs to change?

AI needs to move beyond pattern-matching to true reasoning and autonomous operation, like how chess AI surprises grandmasters.

Why do I care?

Current AI training methods won't work forever. New approaches are essential for future AI development.

What's the biology connection?

Sutskever points to how human brains evolved differently from other mammals. He claims AI requires similar evolutionary leaps.

Will this make AI dangerous?

“The more it reasons, the more unpredictable it becomes,” Sutskever warns, but stays optimistic about human-AI coexistence.

What's his take on the future?

“Things are so incredibly unpredictable,” he says, encouraging speculation while avoiding firm predictions.

Why do I care?

New approaches are essential for future AI development. The next AI breakthrough might come from new learning approaches, not just bigger models and more data.

MEMES FOR DESSERT

BOT EAT BRAIN PREMIUM

I turned down 425,000 bucks for this newsletter.

Yeah, I know… It sounds insane. Let me explain…

2 years ago, I was illegally forced out of my startup and screwed out of millions. My partner threatened me, so I packed up my family, fled to Florida, and started a marketing agency called The Quote Dog.

Shortly after, I took on Bot Eat Brain as a client. When ChatGPT launched, I dove headfirst into AI, automating my life and income. I fell in love with this newsletter—so much that I bought it for $40,000. Not my best financial decision on paper, but I couldn’t imagine losing it.

The day after I sealed the deal? Disaster. A glitch marked all emails as spam. Nearly a thousand unsubscribed. I felt like a circus clown… big smile, juggling bills, and no net. But you stuck with me. You helped me fix it. We survived together.

Then two weeks ago, I got the offer for 425k bucks. I did the math, choked on my soup, and nearly died in a coffee shop, earning the side-eye from strangers. Still, I said, “no.” Because this newsletter matters more than money. I love it. I love you. And guess what? The buyer said I was smart not to sell—he thinks I can make more if I scale it right.

Even Sam Parr, who sold his newsletter for 8 figures, urged me to sell:

So I’m all-in, baby... 2 weeks ago, I launched a premium tier. It’s packed with AI hacks, 10x income strategies, and systems that shave hours off your work. Think: expert interviews, prompts that replace grunt work, and private communities sharing secrets no one dares tweet.

For $25 a month ($299 annually), you’ll get $3,000+ worth of tools, insights, and consulting. No fluff—just straight-up fire that would make a venture capitalist blush. The first 50 get a free $250 private AI strategy session, too.

Look, here’s the truth: I’ve made stupid decisions, nearly lost everything, and learned the hard way. Now I’ve built something worth turning down a fortune for. I want to share it with you. Hop in, join the ride, and let’s laugh at all the people who said we couldn’t.

P.S. First 50 brains get a FREE strategy session ($250 value).

If you’re serious about AI-powered growth, act now.
