MAIN COURSE

Your garage band just went extinct 🎵 🤖

What's new?

It features 3 upgraded tools:

  • MusicFX DJ allows you to generate music in real-time with text prompts.

  • Music AI Sandbox lets you utilize advanced production tools.

  • YouTube Dream Track lets you create AI soundtracks for Shorts.

How is MusicFX DJ different?

Instead of remixing existing tracks, it creates new music in real-time that you can shape as it plays.

What can I do with Music AI Sandbox?

You can generate loops, organize tracks in multi-track view, and refine your compositions… But it's not publicly available yet.

Bummer. What about Dream Track?

Yupp. You can use it now if you live in the U.S.

Is it difficult to use?

Google claims these tools are designed to be accessible for everyone, regardless of musical background.

Escaping AI POC purgatory: Techniques for enterprise AI engineers

Many companies struggle to move generative AI from experimentation to production.

Join us Oct. 29 at 9am PT. Sam Julien, Writer's Director of Developer Relations, will share practical strategies to overcome enterprise AI engineering challenges using a full-stack approach.

Topics include:

  • Managing project scope

  • Improving accuracy with domain-specific models & graph-based RAG

  • Navigating AI application development

  • Can’t make it live? Register anyway and we’ll send you the recording.

SIDE SALAD

Claude stole your coding job 💻 🧮

On Tuesday, Anthropic added its analysis tool feature to Claude. It writes and runs JavaScript code directly.

Anthropic

What's new?

The “analysis tool” acts as a code sandbox within Claude, available in feature preview.

What can it do now?

It can process complex math, work through datasets, verify its own calculations, analyze CSV files, and more.

What are some practical uses?

Analyze customer data, sales figures, or server logs for business insights.

Can I try it?

Yee yee. Just enable feature preview in your account settings. It's available through Claude’s feature preview option.
